What you will be doing
You will be part of the growing Process Technology Team, being involved in the development of new process technologies for precursors for Li-ion battery cathode materials and the subsequent transfer to mass production during industrialization.
The focus will be specifically on the following aspects:
Execute and follow-up defined process engineering and industrialization projects in the area of precursors for rechargeable battery materials
Collect, analyse and report of experimental data, follow-up of project tasks (timelines) and report about progress
Contribute to the development of the competences/expertise within the (sub-)area of precursor process engineering and industrialization
Contribute to the development and optimization of process technologies in the area of precursor manufacturing
Participate to precursor industrialization activities by mass production trials
Actively participate and collaborate in investment projects
Who we are looking for
MSc in Chemistry, Material Science or Process/Material/Chemical Engineering or BSc with more than 2 - 3 years of experience
Natural affinity to process technologies, equipment and process engineering
Ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams
Fluent in spoken and written English and Finnish
Analytical thinking and ability for problem solving
