About Rechargeable Battery Materials

What you will be doing
Safeguarding and implementation of the commercial (BO), supply and supply chain business requirements and solution
Getting fully acquainted with the RBM business specification, business requirements and system solution – ensure proper translation of the RBM commercial, supply and supply chain vision in the related tools and application, this taking into account the RBM IT architecture that has been put in place
Gathering of global departmental requirements and translating those requirements into the correct application and reporting requirements
Anaplan solution design for the S&OP wave – end-to-end integration from demand till supply and the supply chain. Ensure correct design solution, first validation and testing, roll out, training and coordination with key users
Anaplan solution design for the first wave of the integrated business planning in RBM Active materials – implementation, ensuring correct design solution, first validation and testing, roll out, training and coordination of testing with key users organization
Anaplan solution design for S&OE
Business solution Support and contribution to knowledge increase at key users
Responsible for all business support related to the domains in scope
Organizing and coordinating of regression/system testing across the BU
Execute the first wave of acceptance/validation testing
providing guidance to both business and corporate IT this based on the expertise that has been gained during the project
Change request initiation and follow-up – clear communication between IS and business on business needs and requirements. Provide feedback to business regarding approval (or rejection) of changes
Organize training for the commercial, supply and supply chain teams: identifying training needs, preparing training material. Safeguard process and application know-how within the different team
Project management
Who we are looking for
An analytical colleague with:
Master’s degree in applied economics or applied computer sciences
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a controlling or business analyst position or equivalent
Knowledge of project management methodology
Working experience in a service driven, customer oriented environment
Solid knowledge of SAP
Business Process minded
