What you will be doing

The ACC technologist supports the execution of ACC projects which include, but is not limited to: development, improvement and transfer of standard operation procedures (SOPs) for analytics.
1.    Method development and ACC projects
a.    Basic planning (including DOE) and utilization of variety of laboratory equipment and techniques to provide reliable analysis data for method development and other assigned projects
b.    Ensure good technical understanding of analytical equipment and good laboratory practices
c.    Thorough record of experimental procedures, results and accurate data reporting with logical interpretation
d.    Participate in discussion DOE and analysis results
e.    Conduct Literature studies as required, including occasional chemical and physical experiments, troubleshoot and maintain equipment
f.    Technical discussion with local equipment suppliers for selection of suitable equipment and draft of technical contract for purchasing

2.    Collaboration with analytical laboratory
a.    Transfer of accurate analytical procedures, good laboratory practices and ensure correct translation of new SOPs into Korean language
b.    Coordinate and basic planning of test activities; in accordance with the priority and timeline
c.    Ensure the effective execution of SOPs / trainings to lab chemists and relevant personnel
d.    Assist when VOC occurs

Who we are looking for

-    MS in Chemistry, Analytical chemistry etc
-    Broad knowledge of analytical equipment, commonly used in analytical laboratory
-    Experience in various studies on analysis techniques is preferred
-    Knowledge in ICP or the certificate of analyst qualification is a plus.
-    Logical problem solving skill & analytical mindset
-    Good presentation skill & Microsoft Office
-    Good communication skill in English (spoken/written)
-    Open-minded to new ideas, different work approaches and constructive discussion
-    High adaptability and able to perform under pressure
-    Teamwork and result-driven attitude
-    Time management
